1. Exclusive access definition: You will receive the research article in pdf format and will be granted the licence for exclusive access for 3 or 6 months. After this period the author reserves the right to publish an updated version of the article on the shovel-stocks blog. This doesn't mean that the article will be published in any case. 

2. Turn around time: 2-4 weeks depending on backlog
